Gussy Up Bow Club FAQ-

When do the monthly bows ship?

We start shipping subscription bows the last week of each month so bows will arrive at the beginning of each month ready to be worn the entire month! It can take a couple of days to get through packaging, but you will receive an email shipping notification the minute they are on the way.

When do I get charged?

You will first be charged on the day you subscribe and then on the 1st of each future month (for example: you will be charged on February 1st for March bows).  All changes and cancellations to subscriptions must be done before the 1st of each month. We cannot issue any refunds on subscription charges. 

How much is shipping?

Subscription shipping is FREE within the US for all members of the GUBC club!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please note that cancelling your subscription will only cancel for future months. If your card has already been charged you will receive one more month of bows.

You can cancel your subscriptions in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link you receive in each subscription email OR by logging into your Gussy UP Bow Co. account.


When will I receive my subscription each month?

You will receive your bow subscription the first week of every month.

Can I combine my Bow subscription orders with another order?

No, Subscription club bows will be shipped separately from all other orders. 

Can I choose the bows in my bow subscription?

You don't get to choose the bows in your subscription, but we do reveal the full month's set on Instagram before the bows ship. 

Can I return the bows if I don't like them?

We do not accept any return or exchanges on subscription bows. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email gussyupbowco@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.

Will any of the Gussy Up Bow Club bows be available for purchase in the Gussy Up Bow Co. shop?

No, all subscription bows are exclusive to subscribers only. 

Where can I see my subscription info?

If you have an account in our shop, then you will be able to view subscriptions by logging into your account and going to /a/subscriptions/manage URL in your shop. If you don’t have an account,, then you can still view, edit and cancel your subscription through the link you receive in each subscription email.
