At Gussy Up Bow Co. we make all products with great care and confidence and want you to be happy above all!
We offer store credit for product(s) that are in unworn, new condition and in it's original packaging.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original order.
Click here to download our return form. All returns must have a return form attached or we are unable to process your return.
Refunds - Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will issue a shop credit code to the email on file.
We recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for shop credit. Items sell quickly, so this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct size.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email support@gussyupbowco.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
